Michel Amar is a French-American businessman and entrepreneur known for his success in innovative technology, such as blockchain and electronics, as well as developing branded fashion. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management, Michel has worked and consulted with some of the most famous international brands, playing a vital role in their profitability and continued relevance. In 2019, Michel partnered with Brookstone, a novelty retailer, in developing exclusive, technologically advanced products for their consumer electronics market.

Alec Amar is an entrepreneur who has achieved success in both product development and licensing, as well as blockchain solutions. After graduating from the University of Southern California, with a degree in economics and digital entrepreneurship, Alec devised and headed a blockchain operation, building out highly efficient and productive mining facilities. In addition to blockchain success, Alec’s product licensing company, MAT, a versatile R&D incubator, has partnered with notable brands such as Brookstone, in developing innovative electronics. As one of the sole licensees of Brookstone, Alec is actively curating a collection of intelligent, proprietary consumer electronics.

Mr. Ciullo has a diverse professional background and specialized in financial reporting and project management during his 15 years spent working in senior corporate finance and accounting positions for various Fortune 500 companies.Mr. Ciullo is an entrepreneur who is a partner in an IT services organization. He has served as CFO for various publicly traded start-up companies, including a CSE listed brand licensing group. He also has experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency accounting, having served as a CFO for a TSXV listed mining business for two years. Mr. Ciullo has extensive capital markets experience, and is accustomed to delivering results in highly demanding environments and has consistently been able to drive measurable improvements and operating efficiencies in the businesses that he has been involved in.

Based in New York, Mr. Ciullo is a CPA who obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Rossman is a business and real estate attorney.  He has been a member of the California Bar since 1995.  Mr. Rossman has handled transactions throughout the United States relating to commercial real estate and trademark licensing.  Mr. Rossman maintains offices in Beverly Hills, CA.  Mr. Rossman received his JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1994, a MA in Rhetoric in 1990 and a BA in Rhetoric in 1988 both from University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Rotunno has acquired over 27 year’s experience in the operation, maintenance, and asset management of combined cycle power plants. He is credited with the successful completion of two combined cycle 55-MW power plant startups. Mr. Rotunno has a Degree in Applied Sciences majoring in Electrical technology, Power systems and Microprocessors. During the last fifteen years he has managed two power plants with a combined output of 275 MWs. He brings to the company significant leadership strategies and a strong commitment towards quality team management.

Luke Marchiori is the Executive Vice President at EnergyMark, LLC. EnergyMark is a regional supplier of Electricity, Natural Gas, and Renewables. At EnergyMark Luke oversees the day to day operations of the company’s rapidly growing Electricity supply portfolio. Luke also leads EnergyMark’s expansion into renewables, advocating for policy change at the Utility & PSC level in the Community Distributed Generation space. In addition to raising awareness for CDG programs to end users, Luke manages EnergyMark’s partnerships with community solar developers for customer acquisition and subscriber management services. Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics as well as his MBA from St. Bonaventure University. Luke sits on the board of Clean Communities of Western New York (CCWNY), an advocacy group for the use of alternative fuels in the transportation industry. Luke is also an active member in NYSEIA, a trade association that advocated for the growth of solar in New York State.

Rémy Giovannacci is a entrepreneur and businessman with an experience of 15 Years in the United States. He has launched and supervised multiple successful businesses in real estate, hospitality and tech and is now based in Paris, France and focuses on Business Development and Investor Relations in Tech Companies.

Mr. Rotonda was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Committee Member for Deutsche Bank Wealth, Management Americas from 2011 through 2018. Mr. Rotonda has over 30 years of experience in business development and financial analysis, most recently as Co-Founder and Partner at MMR Development, a real estate company which develops or repositions office, residential and hotel properties. Mr. Rotonda has also been Senior Business Leader and Director Strategy and Planning at MasterCard Incorporated, Director Strategic Planning at Credit Suisse Group, and Vice President Investment Finance and Structured Lending at Citigroup. Mr. Rotonda holds a BSBA in Accounting and MBA from Boston University

Ms. Li is an entrepreneur and environmentalist, who has dedicated herself to developing innovative technologies and creating positive social impacts. She served as the senior Vice President of Blockchain Dynamics upon joining and oversaw the blockchain business from financials to operations. As an early adopter of blockchain technology, Ms. Li, has successfully invested and managed infrastructure, manufacturing, and supply chains for public companies and start-ups. As the Acting Secretariat Director of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association and Climate Change Manger in WildAid, Ms. Li believes and promotes energy conservation and sustainable development across more than 30 countries and leads the team to address how individual choices, be it on energy use, food choice, or transportation can make a difference for climate change. Ms. Li holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University in 2019 and Master of Art in the University of St. Andrews in 2010
